About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development cum Customer Success to join our organization. As an Executive, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in business development and customer success while working with our talented team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute various sales strategies for enterprise software applications to drive revenue growth.
- Work on leads provided, proactively engaging with potential customers to identify their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Meet or exceed planned sales goals by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts through research, market analysis, and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales head to develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our customer base.
- Identify innovative approaches to reach and engage new customers, leveraging digital platforms and networking opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions to potential clients.
Good to have
- Bachelor's or degree or equivalent.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create compelling presentations and reports
Additional Information:
Reporting structure: The Non-Tech person will report to the Sales Head, collaborating closely with the business development and customer success teams.
