Required Bidder with at-least 1 year of experience in Upwork, Elance, Guru online portals. Generating Business leads and convert into sales from online Bidding Portals and E-mails.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Experience in Online Bidding is mandatory.

- Also involved in Pre-bids, Follow ups, Competition Analysis.

- Candidates with good communication skills both verbal and written, conversing with clients, chats, and fetching the right requirements.

- Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.

- Should have proven experience in generating new business from online bidding portals and E-mails.

- Should have working experience on Bidding portals like Upwork, Odesk, Elance, Freelancer, Guru and PPH

- Managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling.

- Complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure.

- Must be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow ups, Requirement Gathering.

- Should be able to manage Cost & Time Negotiations with the clients and successful Leads conversions.

- Responsible for making strategies for generation of revenue.

- Responsible for complete sales cycle till the closure of the deals.
