Intellemo - Manager - Sales (1-3 yrs)
A Sales Manager would manage a team of Sales Executives for the delivery of results for the clients of Intellemo. He/She would be responsible for nurturing the business relationships of clients of Intellemo.
Job Skills :
- Ability to Sell a Product to the relevant customer by nurturing the demand.
- Ability to lead Sales executives to achieve Sales targets.
- Must be well versed in English and Hindi Speaking for a qualitative communication with the customers and to lead the team by example.
- Aware of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho or FreshSales.
- A fair understanding of business acumen and economics would be beneficial to portray a win-win deal for customers.
- Cooperative and learning attitude to work with the lead generation team for bringing results and ensuring the quality of the leads.
- High perseverance in attitude to follow up with the customers & close the deal.
- The balance of intellect (mathematical analysis) with emotions (psychological understanding of customers and clients), which is the core of Intellemo philosophy.
- A good sense of humor & impactful personality is certainly a bonus for Sales.
