Intellemo - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)

This is a great opportunity as the candidate will get to working directly with the founders. This role will also give exposure to the startup journey from day one.
This is a temporary remote role and employees will have to start working from office from April 2023.
Responsibilities :
- Give product demo to business owners, explain the product features and resolve queries
- Troubleshooting and problem solving on call if any issues faced by leads
- Ability to understand requirements of enterprise accounts, and nurture them for closure.
- Network with prospects through phone call, chat, video call, etc.
- Collaborate with internal creatives, tech and services team for solving client requirements
- Provide seamless onboarding and setting right expectations of performance
Skillsets Needed :
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales and Operations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High on Integrity - No false promises to acquire a client
- Street smart attitude to answer by first principles thinking
- Diligent, passionate and high on work ethics. Not a place for laid back attitude
Annual Salary Range: 3-5 LPA
Job Location: Temporary WFH
Once WFO begins from April 2023, employees will have to relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana.
We provide laptop allowance to reimburse EMI on buying a new laptop over and above salary.
We have 5 working days 10AM-7PM normally, but days of the week can be Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun as per business requirements. Especially for client facing role.
