Job Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot and fix the desktop related issues - software & hardware
2. Invetory management

4. Assisting staff with software and hardware related issues over desktop and laptops
Requirement:
1. Under graduate/Graduate
2. Expert level troubleshooting skills
3. Min. 2 years of Experience in IT/Desktop support at any reputed BPO/Call Center
