CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (VOICE/SEMI-VOICE)
Eligibility Criteria : GRAD/PG (MANDATE ).
- Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH (WRITTEN & VERBAL) & HINDI (FLUENT & MANDATE).
- Experience of 1 to 3 Year (BPO/social media/e-commerce).
- BPO - CSE Experience in voice/semi-voice/non voice/chat/emails is added advantage.
- Willing to join immediately.
Required Skill Set :
- Excellent in ENGLISH (WRITTEN & VERBAL) & HINDI (FLUENT).
- Spot topic speaker ( Just a minute).
- Only candidates from BPO/E-Commerce can apply.
- Its semi-voice (50:50).
Job Description :
- Handling incoming calls /chat/emails based on the query.
- Well aware of social media.
- Resolving the query of the Customer.
