InteleANTS - Customer Support Specialist (2-6 yrs)
Skill Sets:
- Position is responsible for resolving customer issues.
- Handling Customer Queries (E-mail Support)
- Respond to any claims submitted by customers.
- Respond to Customer Emails
- Facilitate Support Tickets
- During this process, analysing any errors committed and provide feedback for improving procedures.
- Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to US customers.
- Fully responsible to delight prospective customer with satisfactory service.
- Improve the quality of the customer interaction on a daily basis.
- Will be required to work with agents in other countries through remote sessions.
Desirable Skills :
- Candidates with experience in ecommerce / online retail.
- Should be comfortable in dealing with senior leadership (internal & external).
- Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain ideas very clearly.
- Self- motivated and flexible, with an ability to work independently.
