Job Description :
- We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive for our Organization who will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate potential leads for our ERP software solutions. Your goal will be to create a pipeline of qualified leads that can be converted into sales opportunities for our ERP system.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential target industries and companies that could benefit from our ERP system.
- Use various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking to generate new leads, follow up with leads, and schedule appointments for the Demos.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, pain points, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead-generation campaigns and materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities, identify, define, and document critical business needs, and qualify, control, and close opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the Domestic market.
- Establish contacts and build positive relationships and networks with decision-makers in the relevant Industry and its environment, and maintain overall planning, strategy, direction, and control of all sales in the allocated accounts, the achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans.
- Communicate with customers to ensure that contractual service agreements and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain a high level of sales activity.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and Presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our ERP system.
- Self motivated and target driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- A Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration is preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in similar industry lead generation or sales in the ERP software industry.
- ERP software, implementation services (or any ERP) sales will be an added advantage.
