Job Description :
- We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to use their expertise in the healthcare industry. A successful candidate will have deep experience in go-to-market strategies and tactics, coupled with a strong eye for creating compelling technical and thought leadership content for the market. You will come in, take ownership of marketing, and define the standard of excellence. Marketing Manager will be responsible to create and execute all digital strategy initiatives, build roadmaps, foundations, and processes to help achieve digital objectives; manage digital initiatives from ideation to execution and evaluate campaigns success.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Experience with social media marketing and analytics
- Prior experience within a Healthcare setting a PLUS
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing a PLUS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Self-starter who actively seeks and tackles challenges
- Analytical and process oriented with very strong attention to detail
Essential Functions :
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Design and recommend sales and marketing programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies for targeted prospects.
- Creation and publication of all marketing products in line with marketing plans.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measuring results.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Deeply understand the US healthcare industry landscape, including key trends and industry shifts.
- Should be able to assist in Content writing for whitepapers, videos, webinars, by-liners, press releases and interviews
- Should be able to develop and maintain Media Relations, Event management, Internal Corporate functions such as newsletters and presentations
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization and analytics
