Export Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement the company's export strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify target markets and potential customers in different countries.

- Analyze global market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Client Management & Business Development:

- Build strong relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and direct customers.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations and standards.

- Oversee the preparation and submission of export documentation, including customs declarations, shipping documents, and certificates of origin.

- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party service providers.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and product trends.

- Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine and adjust export strategies.

Budget Management:

- Prepare and manage the export budget, including sales forecasts and expense tracking.

- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.

- Prepare regular reports on export activities, performance, and market conditions for senior management.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and export performance.
