Intech Systems - Deputy General Manager - Enterprise Sales (10-15 yrs)

Summary :


This individual will identify opportunities to boost sales and profitability of the organization. This individual is responsible for the management of Enterprise sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and expense control.

Job Description :

- Determines annual revenue and gross-profit plans by analyzing trends and results.

- Manage Key Accounts

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

- Driving and managing the entire sales process - targeting to top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating and closing.

- Managing business goals as Individual contributor, Team player and Team Leader with a

combination of irreproachable integrity and strong work ethic.

- Defend the overall value proposition and build credibility with the client. Create and nurture relationships with senior management across Customer and Partner organizations.

- Maintaining vendor relationship with Microsoft to ensure successful deliverables.

- Work along with sales teams and guide them in managing specific sales opportunities, Demand generation, and Customer Reference Plans. Working closely with internal departments to develop proper account strategy and also to ensure proper customer support.

- Maximizing sales performance with the combination of exceptional customer experience, people management and effective cost control.

- Working on RFPs, requirements, Proposals/bid submission & commercial negotiations.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

- Generate additional business through account mining and consultative selling.

Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills :

- Minimum 10 years of experience as sales manager, with 7+ years of sales experience in ERP sales/ CRM Sales / Enterprise software Sales

- Proven track record of winning new business

- Strong understanding of the enterprise software/IT/ITeS domains, experience in Microsoft is desired.

- Experience in Key Account Management.

- Experience in recommending ERP licenses.

- Excellent communication skills

- Creating and implementing a sales plan

- Passion for personal and organizational growth

- Analyzing sales data and developing budgets

- Very strong presentation skills, management and leadership skills

- Must be seasoned in handling enterprise level clients.

- Bachelor's degree in commerce or Engineering is required, MBAs will be preferred.

Job Location : Ahmedabad
