Intech DMLS - Head - B2B Marketing - Engineering/Manufacturing Sector (8-12 yrs)
Must haves - Experience and Attributes :
- Experience in running successful marketing campaigns. Proven work experience in digital marketing - preferably in the Manufacturing or Engineering sectors working with either Hardware or Software products.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising the right offline + digital campaigns that reach, engage, inform and motivate them to connect.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, other content marketing and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Excellent language and presentation skills - both written and spoken.
- Creative. Ability to formulate and execute innovative marketing initiatives to meet business goals.
- Analytical. Attention to detail.
- Hands-on. Contributes to team effort to accomplish the required results.
Must Haves - Hands-on Knowledge :
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or similar).
- Ability to interpret and analyze above analytics data and extract actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Experience in creating the right online presence, optimizing landing pages. Working knowledge of web technologies and constraints will be a plus.
- Experience with content creation and and content platforms (e.g. WordPress).
- Experience with content delivery via different digital modes and platforms.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, lead and execute all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.
- Develop marketing strategy by identifying customers and their current and future needs and monitoring the competition.
- Craft strategies and artifacts for all delivery modes including Digital, Marketing Communications, Sales Collateral, Various Creatives, Advertising for offline channels.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to have all necessary collateral in place ahead of product launches and on an on-going basis.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
- Identify and work with the right mix of internal and external resources to deliver on the above.
- Plan and manage our PR initiatives.
- Maintain relations with customers by securing company presence at online and offline events.
- Create the overall marketing plan for different product lines in line with business objectives.
- Create the necessary marketing reports for Management.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Set and prioritize goals.
- Schedule and assign tasks to Team Members and follow up on their work results.
- Recruit, orient, and mentor Team Members.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise their work results.
