Business Development Executive


JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Identifying new sales leads & potential Markets by researching about Organisations & Individuals on Social Media

- Pitching products and/or services for e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, Coral, Network Security & End Point Solutions, Cloud, Server/Workstation/Storage, etc,

- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

- Collaborating with potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings to make business deals that are beneficial for the company in long run.

- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products

- Developing quotes and proposals

- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

- Interacting with the higher authorities of the company such as managers and directors and discuss business issues with them

- Maintaining continuous client relationships through client follow-up and responding to their queries

- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

- Accurately and truthfully explain all benefits and costs of accreditation to each prospective accredited business and describe the mission and objectives of Intcom Systems.

- Need to make 3 to 4 customer visit per day. (Cold calls or Meeting calls)

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with IT fluency

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

- Proven sales track record with Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales

- Experience in customer support is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. ZOHO)

- Proficiency in English

- Market knowledge

- BSc IT/BCA/BE in Business Administration or relevant field

- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Excellent time management and organisation skills

- Knowledge of productivity of various software licensing, Cloud, Storage, Network Security etc.
