Job Responsibility :
The Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining and building upon existing annual revenue.
- The primary focus of this position is to bring new business from new and existing clients across the country.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth hand offs.
- Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts to further penetrate existing accounts.
- Maintain ongoing relationship with prospective clients, both in-person and by phone, continuously assessing and communicating.
- Develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients.
- Create proposals for providing staffing services, customized to prospective clients needs.
- Develop and implement sales plans and associated activities towards achieving the target.
