Digital Marketing Specialist
Core Responsibilities :
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages, including advertising, product development, brand management, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks with an aim to get maximum free sign ups thereby converting to paid sign ups
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, creates a good marketing leads pipeline, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Reports progress to senior management
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
- Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
Requirements :
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist in marketing SAAS / Healthcare products
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fluency in English
