- Managing existing client portfolios.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Demonstrating the platform to the customer online and offline, pre and post sales.
- On boarding process of the customer, ensuring that the walk way is a smooth process for the client.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Minimize customer churn.
