Designation : Sales Manager - B2B & B2C

1. Onboarding new partners, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and providing support and training

2. Driving and managing sales and marketing campaigns, and seizing sales opportunities

3. Coordinating with other company personnel, partner sales personnel and customers to meet expectations

4. Understanding customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell products

5. Meeting & Onboarding new Client on Travel Platform.

6. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

7. Take the leadership role in managing the division from both a P&L and brand perspective.

8. Develop the business plan matching the goals of the current organization to manage, build & guide the team to reach the business plan target.

9. Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; monitoring the competition.

10. Keep track of competition, make commercial charts and maintain client data base.

Requirement :

1. Should have exposure in Travel Industry

2. Should have network and existing relationship with Travel/Mice Group.

3. Should have deep understanding of the agents requirement and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding

4. Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.

5. Responsible for Sales & operations for entire region.

6. Open to travel.
