Designation - Key Account Manager
1. Managing existing client portfolios.
2. Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
3. Demonstrating the platform to the customer online and offline, pre and post sales.
4. On boarding process of the customer, ensuring that the walk way is a smooth process for the client.
5. Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
6. Mediate between clients and the organization.
7. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
8. Minimize customer churn.
