InsuranceMarket.ae - Sales Development Role (1-2 yrs)

This is a full-time off-site role as a Sales Development Representative you would be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team.

Your primary focus would be on identifying potential customers, engaging them in conversations, and determining their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct targeted outbound demand generation campaigns via email and phone calls

- Research and create targeted plans to engage potential insurance clients

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

- Utilize CRM, Apollo.io, Outreach etc. tools to manage and track all communications with prospects, qualify the leads

- Educate prospects on the company's insurance products and services

- Identify and implement best practices for refining the company's lead generation strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing or a similar role, preferably in the insurance or financial services B2B industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to qualify connects

- Basic understanding of the insurance industry and its products

- Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers

- Resilience and persistence in following up with leads
