Role Purpose :

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for meeting potential POSP agents, servicing existing POS to drive sales growth, and handling customer inquiries for satisfactory resolution. You will coordinate with the Girnar Insurance HO Team for seamless sales execution, develop offline training and servicing processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Meet potential POSP agents in the assigned geographical area.

- Service existing POS to drive sales growth.

- Handle customer inquiries and ensure speedy, satisfactory resolutions.

- Coordinate with the Girnar Insurance HO Team for smooth sales execution.

- Develop and implement offline training and servicing processes for POSP.

- Maintain and leverage the local agent network.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Drive channel ownership with a high level of motivation.

- Frequent travel as required.

- Manage relationships with customers, identify their needs, and ensure satisfaction.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base.

Key Qualifications :

- Graduation degree in any stream.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, particularly in the agency vertical of a General Insurance Company or Insurance Brokerage Firm.

- Strong communication skills.

- Awareness of Motor & General Insurance with a zeal for sales.

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any local language.

- Highly motivated, with a willingness to work hard and grow quickly in a challenging environment.
