Role Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced SEO Head to lead our search engine optimization efforts and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful SEO strategies within the insuretech or financial services sector. They should be a strategic thinker, capable of staying updated with search engine algorithm changes and implementing effective optimization techniques. The SEO Head will lead a team of specialists and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for our insuretech products.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords. Lead on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including content optimization, technical SEO, link-building, and local SEO.

- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure optimal website performance. Perform thorough website audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and conducting performance evaluations.

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligns with SEO strategies.

- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

- Work closely with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and effective attribution modeling for SEO efforts.

- Collaborate with web development and technical teams to implement SEO recommendations.

- Establish and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as required.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience (6-8 years) in SEO, with a track record of driving measurable organic growth within the insuretech or financial services sector.

- Strong proficiency in SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.).

- Expert knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, technical SEO, and content optimization.

- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of SEO specialists. Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
