Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for digital campaigns, website content, social media, blogs, and emailers.
- Scriptwriting for Videos: Develop scripts for promotional videos, ads, and product explainers in collaboration with the production team.
- Video Production Support: Work alongside the video team, contributing to storyboarding and content alignment during shoots.
- Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine content to maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborative Campaign Execution: Partner with designers and marketers to create cohesive campaigns across multiple platforms.
- SEO & Performance Focus: Write SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic and aligns with marketing goals.
- Platform Adaptation: Customize content for various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) to suit different audience needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably with exposure to digital marketing and video production workflows.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Writing Skills: Ability to craft engaging, concise, and impactful content across multiple touchpoints.
- Video Editing Knowledge: Basic understanding of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) to collaborate effectively with the production team.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize web content and campaigns.
- Creativity: A knack for storytelling with the ability to adapt tone and style to the brand's voice.
- Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure error-free content.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
