Develop and Champion Life Insurance Distribution through agent network across the designated zone through a team of FOS
Experience Range : 1 - 4 years
Educational Qualifications : Any graduation, and Any PG
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and Champion the Life Insurance distribution through Agent network across the area
- Develop channel development strategies and tactical plans to meet and exceed the business goals
- Lead, Motivate & train team. Coach and review them to extract great performance on Life Insurance Product
- Design and improve SOPs, policies, and practices so as to achieve the goals and ensure regional hubs adhere to company-wide laid down rules and guidelines
- Resolve escalations, conflicts and ensure free flowing communication amongst the stakeholders
- Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product roadmap
Skills Required : Stakeholder Management,
Candidate Attributes : Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment, and to maintain demanding timelines
- Excellent communication skills, ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders
- Strong Relationship & People Management Skills
