- As the AM/ Manager - Institutional Sales, you will need to contribute to and ensure implementation of annual & long range business plan to achieve business goals.
- You will be required to develop & manage key client relationship and initiate business development activities and networking & sales with corporates, hr managers, administration managers, & end-users.
- Conducting regular site visits for the clients.
- Development of turnover based pricing structure.
- Negotiation & closure of transactions.
- You would have to make every effort to maximize both present and long term sales goals and gross profits.
- Legal negotiation & documentation.
- Sales Co-ordination.
- To assist in the marketing strategy & planning for pre-launch, launch & post launch activities.
- MIS to HOD on weekly basis.
- To assist in the development of strategic business plans & annual operating plans.
- To draft agreements for Institutional sales.
- Liaison with Statutory Authorities like Banks, etc. coordinating with the marketing and sales departments.
