Institutional Sales Role (4-7 yrs)
Client The client is an F&B retail brand backed by a strong omnichannel backend. With a focus on merging technology and flavors, it has grown to over 100 locations all over India. Founded by two IIT Alumni, it's one of the fastest-growing brands in the segment and has been backed by marquee VCs to date. To boost their growth and expansion plans, they seek to hire bright, hungry individuals to join their team.
Institutional Sales - Manager (Less than 6 Years)
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Handle existing customer base (hotel, travel & entertainment industry; corporate customers and gifting aggregators); grow product depth (ready to make tea, gift boxes, bulk orders) and volume
- Grow the number of customers
- Nil bad debts, sparingly use the credit against margin for sales
- While this is currently an individual role, the idea to have a person who demonstrates the ability to grow and head the country with a 2-3 member team
- Bring an existing Rolodex/relationships or demonstrate a successful track record in B2B sales
