Institute Of Management Studies - Admission Manager - Marketing (1-3 yrs)
- Prepare list of all prospective customers/Students Database for generating leads.
- Maintain knowledge on mission, vision values and services and assist to resolve customer queries.
- Manage all marketing plans and programs and provide training to all marketing staffs.
- Review work of all Team members on a weekly/ regular basis.
- Maintain control of all marketing activities to ensure achievement of all objectives within allocated budget and determine the given objectives and analyze progress of all activities
- Prepare all marketing reports and evaluate all procedures and recommend improvements to department and ensure compliance to the institution's policy.
- Execute all strategic business plans, monitor the adherence of the branch process, and have thorough knowledge of the Services rendered by the Institution
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing telephone requests and recommend new businesses and provide training to employees to achieve all individual and company objectives.
- Oversee all activities for branch and provide optimal level of customer services in compliance with the mission of the Institution.
- Prepare reports for all field managers and analyze all financial performance for annual budget and ensure adherence to all budget requirements.
- Must guide the overall team effort towards successful achievement of Goals.
- Achieve growth and hit the mission of the Institution by successfully managing the entire branch
- Has to assign and direct all work in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation
- To manage the day-to-day planning, operation of the Branch.
- Keeping up with the recent trends and happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence and upscaling to industry standards
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to counselors to meet the challenges and leverage growth opportunities

- To get commitment from the Team Leaders for the daily walk-ins
- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
