Institute Counsellor

- Immediate requirement of Institute Counselor (Female) in Delhi, Gurgaon

- Financial Corridor since 2009 dealing in stock market courses, is looking for an intermediate Counselor to help our staff build coping mechanisms for stressful situations they encounter on-the-job. You will work as part of an in-house team that offers our employees guidance and resources. The typical work schedule is 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with the occasional weekend meeting. Additional tasks include supporting technical events such as focus group meetings, roundtables and conferences.

Job Descriptions :

- Responsible for assisting individuals in shaping their dream of Financial Corridor

- Preferably a candidate with experience from education counselling or consulting background with minimum 1 year of team leading experience required field

- Leading the team and achieving the successful admissions for each intake

- Understand the student's interest, aptitude and skills and assist them in finding the right course and University

- Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately

- Contacting candidates, arranging interviews

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, databases, internet research and social media expert

- Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment

- Counselling students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, and career planning

- Organizing counselling programs

- Work independently with minimal supervision

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 1 years of experience as a team leader in the field of overseas education.

- Excellent communication & presentation skills.

- Should be a quick learner and enjoy multitasking.

- Should be target-oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.

- Must have good listening and analytical skills

- Job Skills : Focused, analytical, quick-thinking, and able to communicate

Education : Bachelor's degree in finance or business
