InstaOffice - Manager/Head - Marketing (4-7 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- Head of Marketing will lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.
- Your responsibilities will include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects, and setting short-term and long-term department goals. Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Craft strategies for all Marketing channels, including Digital, Offline, Advertising, PR, Communications, and Creatives, amongst others
- Plan and drive different ATL, BTL and branding activities
- Define and execute different marketing and engagement strategies for all the key stakeholders of the Company, i.e Users, Landlords, and other Client Acquisition Channel Partners
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share; develop new marketing strategies to expand the acquisition funnel and improving Lead Generation
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure our brand message is relevant, in line with our ethos and values, and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Skills :
- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably with a Real Estate or a high growth startup
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge and deep understanding of web analytics and Google Adwords
- A keen eye for good and functional design
- Thorough understanding of marketing models, communication and branding strategies and planning frameworks
- Experience with CRM software
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind, creative thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving approach
- Ability to work in a high growth environment
