InstaOffice - Head - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Job Purpose: Head of Sales will lead all our sales strategy and efforts and drive our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Your responsibilities will include leading the whole sales function across Company or across a location. You will be responsible for generating, prospecting and outreaching to prospective clients, as well as pitching, touring and closing those leads in our Centres. Additionally, you will oversee a team of sales associates in their Centres / Locations and will be responsible to guide and coach them to succeed and to help them achieve their individual targets.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Sales professionals in day to day activity including building tours, sales forecasting, pipeline management to insure client satisfaction
- Build and drive strategy for generating qualified leads through multiple direct channels such as B2B, Broker Networks, Real Estate Groups
- Outside the box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics and helping Marketing Team in expanding the funnel and improving Lead Generation
- Ensure that the inbound sales leads generated through marketing efforts, pipeline and other processes are effectively serviced by sales associates
- Review industry trends and client feedback continuously to anticipate future market needs, and provide accurate information to all stakeholders
- Manage Company's intelligence about competition and industry, such as pricing and product trends, evolving user needs, service gaps amongst others
- Ensure the sales team members are clear on the performance expectations; monitor the team and provide timely, accurate and effective feedback regarding their job performance
- Work together with the sales managers in creating a personal development plan that includes training (directed towards acquiring specific skillsets) and education (directed at long term aspirations of the executive)
Skills
- Experience of lead generation strategies, prospecting, market mapping, surveying amongst others
- Strong understating and experience of B2B sales and closures
- Good knowledge about the real estate industry
- You must be able to build strong client relationships and professionally manage internal and external stakeholders, with an ability to prioritize time
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Extremely comfortable with MS Office
- Sensitivity to the organization's goals and values and the ability to relay them internally with the team, and externally with the partners
- Analytical mind, creative thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of English, Hindi is a must
- 4 - 6 years of having worked in Real Estate Consulting (IPCs, DPCs, PMCs) would be a big advantage
