INSTANT - Social Media Marketing (2-7 yrs)
- Highly analytical & research oriented, you will play an active role in analyzing, executing and managing our Social Media campaigns, including segmentation planning, conceptualization, competitive analysis, and campaign management.
- You must love data in all forms, should be comfortable with Excel like a second skin, and use analytical tools like a pro. Above all, you should have a customer oriented mindset, and understand user behaviour across different social media platforms.
- The ideal person for this positions will be someone with hands on know-how of running Facebook Campaigns for at least 1 year & Web SEM campaigns for at least 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive high quality and high volume customer leads via multiple acquisition channels.
- Drive quality Mobile & Desktop web traffic to website.
- Daily campaign optimization & ownership to meet CAC, Cost per Lead, Cost per Click & CPM goals.
- Conceptualize and work with visualizer & creative team to build segment specific creative ads.
- A basic understanding of Content Marketing would be a plus.
- Stay updated & ensure co.is the first to embrace new trends in digital marketing.
Professional Skills and Qualifications :
- 3-4 years in digital media planning and execution in a tech startup or an advertising / media agency
- Proven capability of driving large-scale mobile & web customer acquisition through Facebook & Twitter marketing campaigns
- Should have a deep understanding of conversion tracking and analytics. Also, operational knowledge of attribution platforms like Google Analytics, Mobile App Tracking, or similar platforms.
- An MBA is desirable, but not a necessity. However, candidates with engineering/technology background will be preferred.
