- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social-way while cultivating leads and sales.

- Handling inbound customer requests

- Look into customer feedback, identify and address trends

- Handle customer request various social media channels- like Facebook and twitter

Skills :

- Experience in travel domain prefered

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Extremely motivated, and passionate person who is eager to learn
