InstaFinancials - Executive - Customer Success (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
InstaFinancials seeks a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will assist our valued customers, resolve their sales inquiries, resolve their issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Register User to Paid Customers:
- Make welcome calls to registered users
- Understanding customer requirements and helping them fulfil their needs with our offerings
- Handle end-to-end sales operations for smooth transactions
Retail Order Management :
- Responsible for end-to-end retail order management
- Place retail orders on behalf of customers
- Download the reports
- Coordinate with the accounts team for the invoices
- Collect payments and deliver the reports to customers
Customer Support:
- Retain 100% of the customers through excellent customer support service
- Build Customer Support as our key competitive advantage
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Listen to customer queries, understand and resolve their issues
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and see customer problems through the resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Document the learning and knowledge to improve customer experience
- Handel support queries from multiple channels
MIS & Reporting:
Share the MIS & periodic Reports related to all the KPIs assigned periodically.

Skills & Ability:
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and aggressive & negative situations
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks

Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of helpdesk software
- Knowledge of chat software
- Email Software
- MS Office or Google Docs
- Use windows laptop
- Great type speed
Education & Experience:
Education: B. Com. or MBA Finance
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support or related role
Languages :
- Excellent English Communication Skills (Both Written and Oral).
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
