Position Overview :

- We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to join our Sales Process team.

- As a Customer Support Executive in our Voice Process (Sales Process), you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to sales combined with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities :

- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

- Providing information about product features, pricing, and benefits.

- Handling objections and persuading customers to make a purchase.

- Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Following up on leads generated through various channels.

- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
