Insight Business Machines - Executive - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)

Job Purpose: To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the branch and positively contribute to achieving sales targets.

Job Description :


- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails


- Understand customer needs and requirements


- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure


- Demand Generations & Meeting Fixation


- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest


- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory


- Proven inside sales experience


- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day


- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools


- Experience working with CRM


- Strong listening and customer requirement gathering.


- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


- Make outbound calls (fixing up meetings for sales).


- Mailer campaigns


- Demand / Lead / Meeting Generation - CRM tool.



- Contact Discovery (CXO level; Mid Management; Manager Level & Associate)


- Good in exposure to MS Office (Outlook; Excel & PPT)


- Create a Customer Profile.


1. Good Communication Skills

2. Fluent English, Hindi & Optional Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil Etc.

3. Handling Inbound & Outbound calls

4. Handling Cold and Warm calls

5. Maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales executives

6. Lead Generation

8. Follow Up Calls

9. Mainly Domestic.

10. Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources

11. Should have basic knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

12. Create a Customer Profile and Google search engine Optimization.

Required Skills :

1. Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure

2. Should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language

3. Possess strong communication skills -

4. Strong outbound Tele-Sales Experience
