InsideView - Account Manager/Senior Account Manager (3-8 yrs)
Job Purpose:
As an Account Manager you will ensure that each assigned account achieves the highest level of customer success and end-user adoption. You will be the point of contact for the customers while driving renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Own and be accountable for ensuring customer seat retention and contract renewal
- Provide excellent customer service being the single point of contact to help the customers understand the value proposition of InsideView paid licenses
- Answer questions related to their InsideView subscription and help them make most of the self-service materials, user community and online public training classes
- Meet and exceed monthly/annual license renewal targets
- Document all client communications and progress status in CRM
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Managers and Billing Team on renewal and upsell opportunities
- Develop and maintain quarterly renewal forecast
- Generate periodical reports for business review discussions
- Analyse, recommend and implement process improvements
Skills/Experience:
- Experience in account management including renewals, upsell/downsells and contracts
- Background in direct customer advocacy and engagement in post-sales/sales support in a B2B tech-company environment
- CRM experience and SaaS environment exposure preferred
- Knowledge of professional sales methodologies and sales cycle domain
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding license renewal targets
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to manage multiple deliverables
- Experience in facilitating meetings/training sessions (on-site or virtually) for both external customers and internal colleagues
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written)

- Quick learner and result oriented
Qualification:
College graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management and renewals in SaaS product company
Location: India - Hyderabad
Working Hours: US business hours
