Insides Sales Role - IT (1-5 yrs)
Job location - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Working days - 5.5 days
Salary - upto 40k / month

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the companies client portfolio.
- Identify new sales opportunities and handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up.
- Make cold calls and emails to explore sales opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing structures, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Visit the clients to promote and demonstrate the products
- Must have a great knowledge about the products
- Complete RFP's and preparation of commercial proposals
- Follow up on submissions, negotiate and close business.
- Present product/services matching the prospect needs
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their Client needs and aligning company services accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing structures, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Represent Matrix Bricks Infotech Pvt. Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and seminars to build brand visibility and foster connections.
- Develop a sales pipeline and update sales progress status on a regular basis.
- Maintain records related to sales
