ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To provide leadership and direction for a comprehensive end-to-end career planning and guidance with a mission to support the students in making informed decisions regarding their career plans by providing resources and opportunities to encourage career exploration and self-assessment.

- To manage the business operations of an organization, helping streamline career programs and provide valuable career counseling at the same time

- To counsel employees or students on career-related matters, providing assistance in resume or CV preparation, and coordinating with other managers and teams.

- To build a pipeline of job opportunities by interacting with organizations for open positions and providing a fitment for the same

- To empower individuals to succeed in their professional endeavors

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

- Completed Graduation in any field

- At least 4 years of work experience with minimum 2 years of experience as a career service manager

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN :
