Inside Sales Trainer - B2B Vertical - SAAS (5-8 yrs)

Our client is first and leading AI/ML-powered customer engagement and experience platform (CEE) that helps B2C brands increase engagement, conversions, revenue and retention.

The Job :

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to -End ownership of SDR team's training requirements (new joiner as well as refresher training).

- Design training curriculum and create training content (videos, case studies, playbook etc.)

- Proactively conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.

- Partner with Inside Sales Leadership to successfully transition new hires to production.

- Show visible & measurable impact of training programs (e.g., MQLs/SQLs generated).

Ideal Candidate :

Minimum Qualifications :

- 5-8 years proven work experience as an Inside Sales Trainer. SaaS experience is a plus!

- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.

- Excellent organisational skills.

- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Additional training certifications.

- Experience with our SDR tech stack - Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Lusha, B2Brain, Zoominfo etc.
