Inside Sales/Telesales Role - IT/Real Estate (1-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Experience level: 1-4 years (Only in telesales / inside sales (Field sales employees are not relevant for the position))
- Must have Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Must have a personal laptop, android phone and good internet connectivity.
- Must be professional and presentable in the video (As all interview rounds is gonna happen over video calls)
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
