Inside Sales/Telesales Role (1-3 yrs)

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate :
- Should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be motivated to meet and exceed
- Sales targets. This role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
KPI :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to identify and qualify leads.
- Present and explain our products/services to potential clients over the phone.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competition, and other relevant information.
