Location: Gurgaon, Haryana - INDIA - Onsite

Position Summary: Outbound/Inbound Telesales & Customer Account Management - Voice
Product Line: Software, Solutions (Cloud/Hosting/ERP/CRM), Licensing & Storage
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, propose and close sales opportunities for Company's product and service solutions over the phone.
Achieve the required quantity and quality of outbound calls to prospects and qualify, convert enough new business to meet a monthly quota.
Generate sales by cold/warm calling current and prospective customers.
Utilize phone, email and web tools to communicate and present company offerings.
Work in a team environment stake holders.
Answer/respond to customers inbound questions; maintain CRM tool with accurate data.
Meet and/or exceed individual product and services target set by client.
Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize revenue; give weekly forecasting.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required
Should have proven skills in working and building relationship with product partners and resellers
Excellent written, oral and listening skills required
Strong business understanding
Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers
Software, Solutions, Licensing, Hardware or any IT Sales back ground and industry experience is a plus
Additional information:
Shifts and Offs - It would be a fixed day shift 9AM to 6PM and Saturday, Sunday fixed off (No Cab Facility)
