Inside Sales Specialist - SaaS Firm (4-10 yrs)
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science with MBA
- 4-5 years of experience in the B2B IT industry, preferably SaaS; Knowledge of the Data Analytics and BI space will be a big plus
- A knack for technology with an aptitude to understand its application to different industries and businessfunctions
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
- A storyteller who is adept at conducting customer discovery discussions
- Strong organizational and time management skills - must adhere to deadlines and be able to prioritizetasks
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as in ateam
- Ability to learn quickly and ramp up to meet the expectations of a demanding environment
- Location: Indore / Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify revenue opportunities within the prospect base using various inbound and outbound marketingtactics
- Research prospective customers, identify key players, and generate interest within target markets and segmentsto boost the number of SQLs
- Effectively present Klera's value proposition to C-level and other senior decisionmakers
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to support revenuegoals
- Identify and nurture up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing engagements
- Identify and contribute to developing strategic partnershipsto boost business growth
- Track and report performance of nurturing campaigns on a regular basis and keep optimizing campaigns to improvelead quality, conversions and lead velocity
