What Do You Do :


- Build relationships with growing companies (50-1000 size) to identify/qualify opportunities in and deliver recommendations to new and existing clients in the below niches of 1. Fullstack 2. Cloud Data Engineering 3. Agile Transformation

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments/trends and maintain an awareness of competitor activity.

- Develop and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the execution of service agreements.

- Participate in networking activities such as attending user groups, career fairs and professional association meetings.

Requirements :

You Have :


- 3+ years of successful sales within the IT solutions/recruiting experience

- Experience selling IT Solutions, Professional Services, Staff Augmentation

- Proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism

- Marketing Automation expertise using a combination of Video, Email, Phone, Text

- Sales expertise with prospecting, appointment setting, Applicant Tracking Tools
