Inside Sales Roles & Responsibilities :
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Experience in supporting US markets
- Drafting email content and preparing schedule to do email campaigns.
- Answering potential customers& questions and sending additional information.
- Working with the marketing team on the email campaigns and social media campaigns
- Collaborating with senior sales leaders to present the company services in events and trade shows
- Researching on prospective companies, qualifying new leads and strengthening the sales pipeline
- Understanding existing customers' needs and identifying additional sales opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
- Identifying open RFPs through various channels and connecting with the Pre-Sales team to qualify it and take it to the next step
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Keeping up with services portfolio, positioning and demonstrating them to prospective leads
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Inside Sales Requirements :
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Sales and Marketing.
- 2+ years inside sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets
