We are an international community that works closely with manufacturers and suppliers and connects them with international verified buyers in local as well as global markets.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Contacting prospects on telephone, email and chat to determine the prospect's needs and interest in our products and services i.e., membership subscriptions and business websites.
- Explaining to users why their business needs a professional website and how we can help them get one that is easy to manage and inexpensive to maintain.
- Managing all aspects of the sales process including but not limited to lead qualification, lead follow up, lead conversion and closing the sale.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets through new business generation
- Maintaining accurate customer data in CRM system
- Produce timely reports on revenue numbers, sales forecast and sales pipeline activities
- Partaking in regular brainstorming meetings on how to improve team and individual performance
- Identifying key performance indicators that need improvement, develop action
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Prior B2B or B2C sales experience selling digital goods such as subscriptions, websites, domains, emails, cloud products and services etc.
- Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Resilient and aggressive personality who can drive sales
- The ability to influence and negotiate with senior management in various companies
- Understand the differences between hard selling and soft selling and know when to use which by customizing tone and follow up volume and frequency.
