We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with a strong background in the IT hardware industry to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and supporting our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Generation : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the IT hardware market.
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our IT hardware products, including specifications, features, and benefits, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Lead Management : Qualify and follow up on leads generated from various channels to convert them into sales.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our offerings and value proposition.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting : Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, specifically in the IT hardware industry.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of IT hardware products and solutions.
- Sales Skills : Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to identify customer challenges and propose effective solutions.
