Inside Sales Specialist - IT (3-6 yrs)
This position is for our IT client
They are looking for passionate inside sales professional with a proven record as an experienced hunter and relationship cultivator.
They would love to hear from you if you are great at:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up
- Ability to connect with the Founders/CXO level executives of the corporates with an intent to initiate business related relationship/engagement with them.
- Understand client needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members for further development and closure
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects by researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest
- Perform effective online demos to prospects, wherever required
You would be a perfect fit if you have:
- Proven inside sales experience and track record of over-achieving the targets
- Strong phone presence and experience reaching out to CXO level executives on calls
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS/Communications degree or equivalent
