Inside Sales Specialist - IT (2-6 yrs)
- Generating leads via prospecting, cold calling, & and social selling
- Outbound campaign design & writing cold emails & in-mails (LinkedIn)
- Lead follow-ups & other nurturing activities
- Using sales intelligence tools to prospect (Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and more)
- Managing CRM processes & MIS reporting
- Full-time role with a US based MNC for their Gurgaon office
- US shift timings are 5 pm to 2 am Indian Standard Time
Desired Profile
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in the outbound voice process with an IT Services & IT Consultancy
- Exceptional command of spoken English
- Candidates with experience serving the North American markets are preferred.
- Prefer candidates trained in the US accent.
- Ability to quickly research a prospect and tailor.
- Internet savvy and experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
