Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Perform lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Engage with prospects through various communication channels to present NexionPro's offerings.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer information.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to prospects and clients.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on IT products and services.
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of facility management services, AWS cloud, and cybersecurity is essential.
- Experience in cybersecurity and cloud services is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in IT sales with a solid understanding of IT solutions and services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking too
