Inside Sales Specialist - EduTech (1-6 yrs)
- We are Looking for passionate Inside Sales- B2C Sales folks who have proven experience and success in executing sales Targets week on week and month on month.
- Experience in Ed-tech Sales (Upgrad, Great Learning, etc.) would be an added plus.
- The role is based out of the office in Gurgaon.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Make cold calls regarding inbound and outbound sales.
- Understand how to identify new sales opportunities.
- Work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
- With time this job has scope for growth.
Responsibilities :
- Identify new sales opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound calls to follow up.
- Make cold calls and emails to explore sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly milestones and close sales.
- Regularly study accounts and identify important players.
- Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing deals.
- Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects.
An ideal candidate should have :
- 1-5 years of experience in Ed-Tech Sales (Preferably companies like Upgrad, Simplilearn, Great Learning, Unacademy Vedantu, etc)
- Proven track record of consistent target achievement
- High EQ and IQ
- Immaculate communication skills (Hindi and English)
- Knowledge of regional languages is a plus
- Immediate Joinees are preferred
- Prior experience in Inside Sales or Retention Sales is a must
- Prior team management experience is an advantage.
- 6 Days working.
CTC : 4.5- 7 LPA
